Had a serious problem with clogged downspout on second storey. This was around June 15 in the midst of the severe rain and storms we've had in the area, and our basement was beginning to show it. Called and spoke with Tim and explained the urgency and he came out within a couple of hours, cleaned ALL the gutters and downspouts, just as it began to rain steadily. No more drippage!
